  • Once the payment is made for a course, you can request cancellation before the course starts.
  • After the course starts, cancellation requests will only be entertained within the first 10 days of the course commencement.
  • Cancellation requests made beyond 10 days from the course start date will not be processed.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refund requests can only be initiated within 10 days after the course has started.
  • Any refund request submitted after 15 days from the course start date will not be eligible for consideration.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during registration. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds will only be provided if the request is made within the specified time frame of 10 days after the course start date.
  • Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction arising due to incomplete course participation or failure to follow course guidelines.
